Are there no naughty interactions with Tao? It doesn't seem like any come up even if you select "You're my property now", which seems a bit odd. Unless that's just an aesthetic option with a few dialogue changes. I imagine that it's just that it hasn't been developed much yet.

It is 100% real. One, if not the best,  finished furry visual novels on Itchio. 

An innovative masterpiece. Truly, an indomitable force for its genre. The writing was impeccable, the characters original, and the worldbuilding daring and new. A must read for any TRUE consumer of exquisite furry VN content.

No it doesn't do anything (at least nothing that's immediately apparent), I beat it on the second try and just got this:

Victor's experience with rich people has been, for the most part, explicitly terrible. Why, then, would he not take a modicum amount of enjoyment from stealing from them? Morality is not black or white, and that is the dynamic of the duo. Cedric has seen both the good and the bad of the upper class but knows little, until recently, of the struggles of the poor. Victor is the other side of that coin. Victor isn't going to feel as bad about stealing from wealthy people who- from his perspective- faff about with piles of money to spare while people starve. Victor has been a thief for years to get by, while Cedric is just now starting. So, of course, their attitudes and emotional responses will be different.

I feel bad for Ryan, because from the looks of things it looks like he might be in a similar boat as Zander. Except that he embraced that toxicity.

I read this a while ago, I'm looking forward to starting from the beginning and seeing these new oddities!

I'm really glad I finally decided to read this, and I could hardly put it down once I'd started. This is quite an interesting story, and it's not lacking in the slightest in the intrigue department. As always, a good story makes you asks questions and this one certainly did that.  I look forward to what the future brings for this VN, and if you've been holding off on reading it- here's the sign to start.

I'm enjoying what I've been reading thus far, but Is Marrow missing some expressions? Whenever his face flushes or he looks away shyly, I just see the unwavering eyes staring into my soul. Maybe it's more of just a mouth changing thing. Example below:

This was a fantastic update! I love the little meta joke about his family seeing him as the runt of the family, especially considering how ironic our response is to that considering what we learn later. Wishing you luck fellow university student, and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

Now it makes sense why he can't play arcade games to well, among other things. It's a well placed twist, that's for sure. 

I honestly want the Dallan workout music.

I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I like how the choices are oriented GBR instead of RBG.

Noooo, not the anime glasses moment! NGL though, I really want to make this my profile picture on here. The "Uhm, actually" vibes are immaculate. Looking forward to and dreading finishing this update, because then I'll want more.

Spoilers/theorycrafting crazy person:

I know Ben doesn't remember much of his nightmares/dreams, but he dreamed of Hernandez's death. He had a nightmare of being called to jump down to his death and then start floating down a river...... Not to mention the bridge scene from before. There were quite a few death messages from other characters too. I don't doubt that the suspicious person Zach saw may have had something to do with it (perhaps the white cream colored coat is a clue). However, since Zach heard the call, perhaps so did Hernandez and perhaps that's all it took. I know Chris looks sus with him having been held up, but I know he didn't do it. Since he apparently dreamt up Hernandez's speech, I'm surprised he didn't ask anyone if any of what he heard was true... Did she secretly join a group every year? Was that her favorite location? Was she on the board for its conservation? There was no way for him to have access to that information if it is true. I suppose that would just freak me out more, but at least I'd know I'm not entirely crazy, idk? My name is Ben, and I speak to the dead, or rather, they speak to me.

He's going back to the other game, so this one is on hold again for now.

I have to say that I'm a little disappointed that Haruki didn't make the difference in the end (I know they switched him out, but still). It makes sense that this last minute breakthrough wasn't enough to make them in sync to win on a narrative level, but I was still holding my breath the whole time. What came after made it all worth it though.

Finally getting a chance to read since the 0.4 update, and I'm loving it! Just wanted to report a minor typo here that I found while re-reading:

There's a c instead of a q in the word consequence in the last line. 

The MC is quite literally listed on the front page, and has been for weeks.

Please sir, where might one go and find such a treasure as the Devil's Snare, even a hint would do wonders.
